Northbay dudes were thorough, communicative, polite. Felt very comfortable with three people on my roof. My only hedge is that some gutter gunk got into my one-month-old air-conditioning unit. I would have been happy to have covered it, but didn't think about it and wasn't advised by Northbay that I should. It'll have to have the top plate removed so it can be vacuumed out.

The roofing crew stripped off the old and laid down the new -- with larger drainage holes and downspouts. The roof looks great; now we'll see how the increased drainage works during the first major storm --if we every have one. The new gutters and downspouts were installed quickly and look very nice. The color matches our home's trim exactly and we're very pleased with that. Again, waiting for that rain test! As usual, Northbay Roofing and Gutters came through with an excellent job installing new gutters and downspouts as well as making the appropriate roof pairs and maintenance on my home. Luis and his crew were on time and did everything they could to assure great customer satisfaction.
