First, they listened. And they continued to listen to each worry and concern I had. We discussed. And they proceeded. I thought the way the prepared the work site, accessed the areas were the most professional from other workers who had been here. I am assuming their skylight leak repair work is excellent. The new downspout works well. Thank you. If I am looking for a new roof or more repairs, you all are the place for me. Thank you again.

The work appears to have taken care of the ceiling leak that we encountered in the recent heavy rains. The only concern that I had was when the project team arrived, the lead there asked me what I needed done. I was startled by his question because all I knew is that the roof had a leak; I was the customer and wouldn't know how to go about fixing it. On time. Went straight to work. While I did not go up on the roof to inspect the work, we have had quite a bit of rain since and so far all is well. They cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely use them again.

Great job ! They came prepared with the gutter premade, took off old put new one up and were finished with in 45 mins. Give the gutter was about 40 ft long!

I have used Northbay Roofing twice now, once for new gutters and another time for gutter leaf filters. I am completely satisfied with the quality and working interactions of the office and construction team. I would use them again in a minute. And, the price has been completely reasonable.
