The only reason I gave you four instead of five stars is because the price was soooo high for less than 20 minutes work--BUT I guess that's just the nature of the beast, so to speak. The lead worker was very prompt and nice!
John showed up on time for the estimate and for the job. He was very good at explaining the scope of the work. I would definitely recommend Northbay Roofing & Gutters to friends.

Excellent in all respects. Estimate provided promptly and most competitive. Scheduling was easy. Work team arrived right on time, provided work even beyond the estimate description and left our yard and driveway cleaner than when they arrived!
NorthBay were the only roofing company to respond in a timely manner, be planned enough to put me on their schedule and be able to meet that commitment 100%. Their price was reasonable, and they executed a beautiful job.
It would've been helpful if you were able to show me pictures of the work that was done, especially around the base of the swamp cooler. From what I could see thru windows, the bolting down of the flashing looked very good, but several of the original nails had not been made flush with the flashing. I also would like to have known how many comp tiles had to be replaced. (It's difficult for me to get onto the roof to see things first-hand.) The workers were very nice to deal with.
