RecommendedThe maintenance staff is great, and it’s a clean, quiet area!
Few maintenece issues but overall a great community. We had an issie with the AC and an issue with the front door lock but luckily the maintenance request was fufilled relatively quickly. Also the wifi was just recently out for about three days.
Thank you for doing a well check on my daughter! She is sick and had fallen asleep. I was starting to panic, couldn't get ahold of her. Eases a mother's mind.
Northgate is a great community close to campus. Very safe, and haven't had any issues!
