Going to the vet doesn't have to be traumatic, but I guess nobody's told NVC. Otherwise, this place was a complete horror show. We took our dog and cat in together for an annual checkup, and to have our cat screened for Toxoplasmosis at the request of our people doctor. We had to wait 30 minutes past our appointment time just to go into an exam room, and then another 15 minutes to actually talk to the vet. I will not get into the specifics of what another veterinarian did to correct the neglect and oversight of what Dr. Eisner provided...but I will review my experience. The girl at the front desk was a gem. She seemed to delegate the rants of 'manager', the doctor, and two of the assistants while juggling welcomes and check outs of the patients.
