I switched to Dr. Bach about 5 years ago when my endocrinologist retired and I didn't like the new doctor there. Dr. Bach is even better than my old doc, very attentive to my health concerns and gives it to me straight (I need to lose some more weight or go up in meds dosage). Of the three endocrinologists I've seen the past 15 years, she's my favorite.
Excellent communication skills to complement his excellent skills as a medical professional.
Dr Mather took a large amount of time reviewing my complicated medical history. The office is very efficient without being rushed. Personal attention is highly stressed.
Dr. Pontz provides very careful and thoughtful care. He always explains the reasons for his diagnosis and treatments. As the years go by it is very good to go to a Dr. who knows you and your past medical issues.
Excellent listener. Demonstrates care and concern for the patient. Proactively calls with test results. Makes referrals to specialists. All in all, a wonderful find as a primary care physician. I could not be more pleased.

Dr Pontz is a good listener and amazes me with his depth of knowledge. He is very analytical in his evaluation of symptoms and recommendations of treatment.
He is a wonderful doctor, committed to patients. During a period in my life when I was having serious medical problems, Dr. Vallone did all necessary to help me. He was my doctor for many years. I moved to another state and unfortunately was not able to remain in his care.
My annual physical exam was conducted in a thorough and caring manner, with great attention to detail.
