The staff at iStorage in Franklin is very friendly and helpful. Because I rented during the (ongoing) COVID-19 pandemic, their office had implemented a smart, efficient approach to showing spaces and setting up lease agreements. Top notch service in every respect. I highly recommend them.

I like the room and that we are able to hook our 5th wheeler up to electricity if needed. Only thing we don’t agree with is that the regular storage drive way is contacted to the trailer parking. Be nice if that was separate would make for ppl wondering to steal or damage trailers stored there. It’s a nice facility love that it’s all covered too!

Tara was absolutely wonderful. She followed up with my reservation immediately. Allowed me to switch my storage when I got there and answered every question I had. She was even funny lol.
