Had a small issue paying via online but my local istorage employees did an excellent job getting everything set up for me and their non-contact process went excellently, no issues at all!

Christian was VERY patient, courteous, kind and knowledgeable as I had many questions & asked some of them over & over. He walked me through each step of the updated process & procedures under the new COVID restrictions.
