It was kinda a last minute decision, to try to acquire a storage unit, after reserving a unit on- line, I received a call from Cheri, who was more than happy to get the contract needed to rent the unit, after trying to help me get through the online contract, she offered to leave a copy for me to fill out, Cheri was pleasant to deal with, and took the time needed to assure, that I could move in the following day
It was a seamless transaction. With COVID-19 looming over us, I believed this would be challenging but was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was, everything on-line. Kelly was at the location on my first visit and was kind enough to show me how to exit. It should be super easy but with the stress of everything that I'm dealing with, nothing is easy. I'm extremely happy with the service. Thank you!

From getting the storage online (convenient); to taking care of the paperwork through phone conversations with Chad & paperwork online. I was completely satisfied with the service & follow up. Chad did an awesome job.

My only issue was I couldn't find the unit that was assigned to me, we was looking for 3 digits and instead it was 4 digits which was confusing so we had to contact the manager and she explained where the unit was and we laughed about the situation!!

I love the storage place nice and clean, I use there service about two years ago and got all my stuff back with no bugs or anything and the property manager is great
