Michael, the Manager, was beyond awesome!! I made an online reservation the night before and Michael called shortly after opening about a unit the next morning. The process to rent a unit was very smooth. He was very helpful, courteous, friendly, and customer service was excellent!! All my questions were answered and he was patient. Kudos !! I recommend this business!! The grounds are very clean as well as the units. Keep up the excellent work!!

Everything went smoothly from reserving online to being shown which one was mine. They were great at answering any questions I had. The location is close to my new place.

We were currently rented a large storage unit with I Storage of.Brandon and we reduced the items in the large unit and was able to move to a smaller unit. Talked to Keri in the office and she was very accommodating, opened up the unit so we could look at it first. We were able to move in the smaller storage unit and Keri had paperwork ready to sign. Very helpful and a good personality to work with!

I have been dealing with this site for about a year now and my situation keeps changing. With all of the changes and needs for extra storage space Joan and the staff at this location have been more than courteous and helpful. They have explained everything in detail that I could understand and made my changes very simple. It's a pleasure to deal with them. I highly recommend this location to anyone with storage needs.

Staff was very friendly and really helpful in helping me move from a smaller unit to larger one. One time I didn’t put my lock on my unit properly, and the manager called me to inform me. I asked her would she check the unit to make sure nothing was disturbed and she did so promptly, which gave me some peace until I was able to make it there
