I believe he said his name was Kyle. It was on March 28 Saturday I was there. He handled everything professionally. He was driving back and forth to several off sights the same day, so was late meeting me at the GM one, But, it all turned out ok and we were able to take care of all we needed to.

The staff at iStorage in Franklin is very friendly and helpful. Because I rented during the (ongoing) COVID-19 pandemic, their office had implemented a smart, efficient approach to showing spaces and setting up lease agreements. Top notch service in every respect. I highly recommend them.
