I rrented over the phone was NOT offered any special when asked was told I was getting the best deal. YET it clearly states that I should have gotten 50 % off my first month rent on the website. Either false advertising or just plan liars you tell me. Now if you adjust my rent and give me the 50% off that you advertise I may change my opinion and keep renting if not I will more then likely move out and tell EVERYONE i know plus sevreal i dont how this experience went.
First of all I just got my storage about 2 weeks ago and have had little problems here and there but this one took the cake. So I went the other day dropping off a load with a friend of mine I had my tuck he had his. It was I believe about 6:20pm not positive anyways mind me when I got my storage i was told access to get in the gate stops at 6:45 and storage closes at 7pm. Our gate hours are 7am-6:45pm daily (please refer to your lease that you received at the time of your rental). Horrible horrible people. Force you to buy insurance and when my sofa was ruined by rats infiltrated my storage unit after waiting for over three months they have yet to compensate me for the damage.Very dishonest people,
