It took a long time to complete the contract. Had no problems with the instructions the gentleman gave me on entering the storage area but he failed to tell me how to exit the facility. Drove up to the gate and it did not open. Exited when another person was entering the facility. Will find out how to exit when I return to place more items in my space.
Waiting for a phone call from management n nothing been waiting for about an hour, been stuck outside waiting to go in n nothing.
Masks should be required. I wore one for her. I have cancer yet she was not considerate towards me. I even asked. Her response was lame.
My code was not working and I had a trailer load of furniture ready to be stored!!!!!!!

Purchasing the facility should have minimal affect on the tenants. New contracts and leases are management problemS and should have been made extremely easy for the tenant. Requiring the tenant to come in person is ridiculous with the majority of business elsewhere conducted on line digitally. Denying access to the unit, with a fully paid account , until I came in in person to sign paperwork is flat out wrong. I’m moving out!
