Didn't get hard copies of anything. Slow to get anything done. But fast as hell to take my money. If I'd had the time I'd of went elsewhere.

If you would like a printed copy, you are welcome to access your lease from your email and print it at home, or request a printed copy the next time you are in the office. Your employee Carlos is a magnificent young man, very polite, helpful, and amiable. Everything is kept clean, but we have encounter a problem with your elevator, both time we were there trying g to unload 11/28 and 11/29 we were stuck i. The 2nd floor.the elevator would not go down we had to wait in there for 20 mins. The first time and 35 the second time. Pls.fix it. Thank you.

I don't know what I would have done without Carlos help, he's such a helpful person, cheery, polite, and be curious. He help me with exactly the right size of storage i needed. Made recommendations.
