5 stars I think not, good star rating is for sale from birdeye though so a company can make victims out of it's customers and just sweep it under the carpet. The people working at the time I had a unit at the location in San Jacinto several years ago were terrible people with terribld management.. I can only hope something unfortunatd hsppens to thrm at some point so they can understand just how try crappy & unneccessary what they did was then they can grow from it to become better people. God bless them anyways.
Went over and rent a unit, but forgot a lock to put on the unit. When over next day to put lock on unit, but my code didn’t work. Went to the office and a deferent person was at the desk. The unit I paid for the day before had a Tenant. Went to the unit with the person on duty. She looked for another unit and found one to help us out. Check the unit and put the lock on it. When over to put items in the unit and found that the lane is blocked so you have to go one way.

I rented the space online completed what it asked for, someone was to call me back to complete everything and give me a code fo gate. No one ever called. I call on Saturday afternoon got the call center that lady said I would need to be at the center before 5pm to pay and get the code I live 150 miles away and told her that she I could not move in till Monday, that was out. Of course birdeye has rightspace as 5 stars. Ghats what birdeye does for every company that pays thousands of dollars to be a 5 star company. Its cslled review manipulation. It cheats people out of the opportunity to make informed decisions about services. Beware of rightspace.
The service was very good!! The front desk lady was very nice, But the price from my unit ,I think is to high price but do little space. That's why I'm a little desappointed.

The signing up was well done and the Manager was very nice and professional. When I came to put my stuff in the unit it was filthy! I had to go home and get a broom to sweep the unit out. I find this to be very unprofessional and I am not happy!

My unit was broke in, all my personal precious were stolen. The management keep telling me and police investigator the security footage is not available due the technical issues. I've had storage unit in mission viejo for over 10 years, never had this happened to me. First year I moved here, this happened. Think twice before you make the decis.

Horrible horrible nightmare storing my things here. Was forced to purchase renter’s insurance and when I went to move my things out October 1 st I found rats had gotten into my unit and pooped and peed all over my expensive sofa and tore it apart. I have gotten nothing but lip service from these crooks for over two months. I now am going to be forced to go to small claims court so I can buy a new sofa.
