Love the room design and size, and the free breakfast, and 24/7 coffee and tea! Hotel is close to places I wanted to see and visit in Brooklyn. I also like all the shops and restaurants on Atlantic Avenue, all really close to the hotel.
The hotel is nicely situated near wonderful restaurants, all within short walking distances. I can not brag enough on the staff. Truly, I’d return to Brooklyn just for this hotel and the restaurants!
Great location in downtown Brooklyn. Within easy walking distance of shops & restaurants. Room was spacious & clean. Especially appreciated the soft & comfy bathrobes provided for each guest. Continental breakfast included a large variety of foods which were attractively presented. Would highly recommend.
The service was excellent. I felt that the staff truly cared about pleasing us. They left the breakfast food out a bit passed the designated time, which was good for us, since we’re always late. It was close to transportation, a convenience store (Walgreens), and good eating places.
The staff were courteous and helpful. We had a party in the next bedroom. This problem was sorted out very efficiently and satisfactorily.
