the staff was very pleasant and helpful. what i did not like was the bed was too low. needed help to get up. did not like the "rain" shower i would prefer an angle. thats about it

Just Fine It was fine, just okay. Very clean and quiet too, but it generally felt a little cold and utilitarian. Wasn’t in love with the less than approachable check in staff when I arrived. Felt like I wasn’t exclusive enough for their club or something....
The hotel is centrally located, staff were pleasant and helpful. Free Wifi Breakfast was substantial and available until 11 am. Rooms were well appointed and clean. Bed was very comfortable.Many restaurants in walking distance of hotel.
The property was beautiful set up The art theme was exactly the environment needed to represent the many facets of Brooklyn

Good, clean hotel in a central location Hotel was good. The staff were helpful. Cleaning staff kept putting my duvet back in its sheet cover after I took it out every night because it was too hot, which was annoying. Hotel was very central and convenient. Breakfast was fine. Wifi was not the best.
