The bed is great, the bathroom is also great, however, there is a table at a very right angle on the way from the bed to the bathroom, potentially easy to walk into in the dark, and get hurt. But the real reason I am not thrilled about the Nu Hotel is the $26 resort fee per night, which is included in with the taxes, in pale grey, at the bottom of the costs, and easy to ignore. And since when is Brooklyn a resort?
Amazing!! Nice staff and very clean!! Breakfast was also very good.
I'll be returning to NU! Terrific, helpful staff from check in, to breakfast, to working with facilities or a manager (both of which were my issues, no fault of the hotel). Carlos the manager was amazingly nice and helpful. Rooms were clean, shower was great, beds and linens super comfy, and you get bathrobes! Loved the breakfast, great little selection. Safe neighborhood to walk around and grab a bite. Parking garage next door had some of the friendliest attendants I've ever dealt with in NYC. Even helped with our bags.
It was fantastic we had no complaints.
