Good hotel staff eager to please and sort any problems as soon as they can. We will return.
Great staff The employees at the front desk are great here. Very friendly and helpful. The parking lot next door is extremely convenient. I stay here anytime I have to come to Brooklyn for business.
One member of staff (slim blonde lady) was fantastic as were the breakfast team however all the other reception staff very polite but unfriendly. We stayed for 8 days and never one of them smiled other than the blonde lady. We had informed the hotel it was my 40th birthday while there and again only the friendly lady wished me a happy birthday. One receptionist even accepted thanks for cakes which were delivered to me I presumed were from the hotel and yet they were actually from my brother! Not a personal or friendly servic... read more
Very lovely, modern, fresh space, with cool artistic touches. While I didn't part take in any of the snacks or beverages, I thought their selection of locally made products was thoughtful and fun. My only negative: I had a room that was right by the elevators, which despite what seemed like a thick door, resulted in a very loud morning when some exuberant children were waiting to go down for breakfast. Next time I'll bring ear plugs.

Efficient and hip, with minor service lapses Overall, a great value for downtown Brooklyn/Boerum Hill. Our room was clean and quiet, though we were disappointed to have an east-facing view of the backs of rowhomes --- this after the front desk had described it as "one of our best." Oh well. She also tantalized my two young sons with promises of fresh-baked cookies put out in the lobby, but in three days, we saw not a single cookie.
