The hotel room is spacious and clean, the view was a patio full of junk, the lighting is too dim as you cannot open shades for natural light to come in. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The service makes up for and flaws
Meh There was an altercation in the hallway outside the door in the early morning -- a woman screaming "Get off me, get off me." And a man shouting back. I called the main desk repeatedly, but got no reply. The "breakfast" included with the room was awful. Cheap crappy tea, semi-stale bagels, packaged pastries from Hostess (or something similar). Yuck!
Everyone in my party was told there would be a $50 incidental charge held on our accounts, but it instead it was $100. That’s fine, it just felt a little misleading. We were told at check in there was room service if we call the front desk. Then we were told there isn’t and we can call Uber if we want. Also there was no streaming connections on the in-room tv’s. There was no way to watch anything unless you brought a laptop and connection. That should be on the site.
No Complaints Clean hotel in great neighborhood. No complaints. Very efficient front desk service.
Excellent hotel The room was extra clean the associates were extremely nice. I felt really save with no problems in my room.
