Pleasantly surprised. Room was clean, bathroom very spacious with a nice view. I would come back agin. Jewel at the front desk was so hospitable.
Friendly staff and good location.
The one drawback was parking. There is a parking garage next to the property but it’s not affiliated with the hotel and was costly…and didn’t provide for in-and-out privileges which is something I come to expect from hotel parking. Other than that it’s a fabulous hotel. Well located to both the Cobble Hill and downtown Brooklyn neighborhoods. Friendly. Clean. Accommodating. I will definitely stay again.
I didn’t like that I didn’t get to eat breakfast because it was served after I leave for work. But overall everything was great.
Clean, comfy, quiet room and wonderful staff!
Nice hotel in very good Brooklyn location. Rear room was quiet, large and overlooked tree filled neighboring back yards. Walkable to river front a plus.
Chosen for location and this suited me well. Friendly and cooperative welcome. Clean and comfortable facilities. Unsure as to why housekeeping service only available on request. This was manageable because of short stay.
