I liked the area of the property I didn’t like the extra charge but overall everything was great.
It was a good location in downtown Brooklyn. I would stay here again.
Room was generally clean and comfortable. One rollup window shade was broken and had fallen down when we checked in. Front desk offered a change of rooms or maintenance to fix it. Was taken care of. Room was not well lighted. Fixtures and light bulbs were dim and room was too dark without opening curtains.
The area it was in plus it has stores and food places. Easy access to buses and train or just to walk in a popular area.
This is a 3 star hotel. The rooms are small and have a dampness to them. It felt more like a stylish dorm room than a VIP hotel. The bathroom is nothing to write home about, straight forward. This isn’t a glitz and glamor boutique hotel. The hallways smell like weed. It was pretty quiet though when it was time to sleep. I did receive a free bottle of wine which helped me feel better about my stay. The friendly front desk staff also makes up for my disappointment in the building itself.
