This restaurant has a new owner, and we LOVED the previous owner’s menu, food and prices. The new restaurant owner’s food is mediocre, more expensive, everything is ala carte and enchiladas are not even on the menu. The ambience is great—it was all decked out for Valentine’s Day, but that was the only five star thing about the restaurant. We were very disappointed in our evening, especially since we raved about the restaurant to our dinner guests saying it was the best Mexican food around. It no longer is!!
Food is 1/10 Lacks flavor and seasoning Continuously had to add hot sauce and salsa to try to enjoy tacos The tortillas are store bought and dry Very inauthentic experience and food overall Service is extremely extremely slow Drinks are reasonably priced only reason for more than 1 star
The new owners have transformed the Mexican menu into more of a Taco Bell fast food experience. Who ever heard of a Mexican restaurant worth its margarita salt that does not serve enchiladas. While the outdoor lighting and paint have been improved, and the serving very was fine, calling this a Mexican restaurant is a stretch. Just to note, we were loyal customers of this establishment for seven years, but after last night’s visit, we’ve decided not to return.
At table for almost one hour before server took order for cocktails. Cocktails were terrible. Waited over 20 more mins for cocktails to arrive. Food came out cold, hard, dried out. Had to send 2 dinners back out of of 4. Birthday celebrations were just layed at table without sparkler. No fan fare like other tables. Food was just ok. Would not go back there, ever!!!!!
I drove an hour and it wasn't the hype I saw on IG. The service was good. It was fast and the order was correct. The food however was not good at all. We ordered the mojo pork Mac and cheese and it was soupy and there was a huge glob of cheese on top. The raging burrito barely had steak. Mexican pizza was not tasty and dry. the food overall was not tasty.
Food was ok. Our drinks sat at the bar for awhile beer was warm and margarita was water down from sitting.
