During the time while one of the motors, on my mobility device, was out of commission(since the middle of last December) I’ve been stuck at home. I was hoping to get a rental mobility device to use (from your company in the mean time) ,but, I was informed you all didn't have a rental device available for me to use.And as a result ,of this situation, I’d missed out on quite a few, important, Dr. appointments.

Needed a replacement backrest for manual wheelchair not insurance related. Received by mail/delivery as requested due to simple installation. It still took too long and too many separate communications 4-5 to complete this simple non mechanical replacement.
Ernest was fantastic. Unfortunately, the person responsible for ordering the parts, order the wrong batteries.
I’ve requested this wheelchair since March and he was just fitted in the foam last week Wednesday it has been extremely inconvenient for us because of your long delay it’s even caused him to miss 3 specialist appointments because they won’t accept him on a stretcher we’ve been doing business with NuMotion since he was 3years old he is now 19 years old and this is the very first time it’s been such a long delay in services which is totally disappointing and unacceptable now y'all are telling me I have to wait another 90 days... read more

Got sent this survey thinking equipment was coming just to be told it isn’t! Ever! This isn’t right! Our Walker was approved by regular medicaid! We waited multiple months (7-8) for the equipment to come in. By the time it was ready to be delivered it it was renewal time and I guess we make $10-50 more dollars per month and now Amerigroup doesn’t cover it.
