Alex was wonderful! We did a video chat with my sister who is the PT. He answered all of her questions and had the information that she needed to help me make an informed decision. The PT who did the evaluation was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The whole evaluation was very positive experience.

They saw us promptly upon arrival. Alex was very nice and knowledgeable. He listened to what we needed on the new wheelchair and provided the info we needed to make informed decisions. Our drive home, our daughter kept saying- Alex is nice. I like him.
