Last week I took my eco diesel in for an oil change. There was a line as per norm. I asked ahead of time if they had my oil because many times they don't. They said yes. 45 mins later they apologized they didn't have my oil in stock. Today I took our Jetta in and there was a line. I asked ahead of time if they had my oil. I also made it clear that I needed to be done by 1230 and if not I would come another day. The people that work here are very friendly. However, I do not like bringing in a vehicle that's less than a year old and trying to be upsold every five minutes. They announced at the beginning that they are not paid on commission, but every couple minutes they came around to the window with a new product that they swear your vehicle needs. It's clear that they are going through a multi point inspection and making sure things are done right, which is reassuring. The experience could be improved without all the additives.
This place is awesome! After trying to get an oil change at Jiffy Lube earlier this week (they're short staffed and with two cars being worked on, I was looking at a 45-60 minute wait...at 8:15 in the morning) I decided to find a new place. Everyone there is polite, professional, and they did a great job.
This was so far the best place I've been for my oil change very respectful and attentive and fast and I myself work for a dealership Anthony was very helpful thanks guys I will be back
This place is great! Be ready to spend a little time but they try to get to everyone as quickly as possible! I'd much rather then spend a little more time having them look the car over rather than rushing through and missing a step. Most other places will do an "inspection" and not actually doing anything. They literally show you what your fluids look like and walk you through everything which I think is GREAT.
