Never going back again!! They take advantage of you and upsell you things you don't even need. None of those guys new a thing about cars. Couldn't answer any of my questions. Their attitude was horrible had to get management involved. Overall terrible experience.

This has been the most amazing service I have ever received!!! I wish I could give it 100 stars, lol no joke! I'm usually the type of person that would take their vehicle to the dealership for this type of service but unfortunately or maybe I should say fortunately, my service advisor at the dealership was too busy to return my calls and I ended up bringing my vehicle here per a family recommendation and it was the best decision I have made. My regular mechanic was booked for 2 weeks so I decided to try Oilstop. I've driven by it many times and decided to give it a try on a rainy 8AM Saturday morning. There are 3 bays and 4 cars/trucks waiting for it to open. I was 2nd in line for one of the bays. I was offered a complimentary beverage during my wait. Very courteous , thorough and manages my car appropriately and doesn't pressure to purchase any other extra services and only makes suggestions. First drive-thru oil change that explain fully the details of their services prior to the work and doesn't make me feel foolish when asking a question. Will be using their services from now on and so much closer to home.

Quick recommendation of Oilstop in Roseville, on Fairway by Costco. New owner, very impressed! You get to stay in your car so you hear and see everything (no talking behind your back, scheming), felt very respectful and safe. Kind of felt like a NASCAAR pit stop lol.Extremely clean and organized, they offer you coffee/water delivered to your car door. It was really a unique experience. I received a $25 off coupon in the mail which they honored. In at 4:51pm, out at 5:15!

I stopped on Sunday 12/04/22 for oil change, service was good but left with System malfunction alert, I went back to the oilstop , they checked and concluded that there is nothing they can do. Now I have to drive more than 2 hours to Brookings to the nearest Mazda service to figure out what is the problem

Oil Stop in Monrovia has always been my go to for oil changes and lubricant service for my vehicles. They are always professional. The staff are consistent. I have tried other oil change outfits in the area and the staff and service are always questionable at those other outfits. I'm glad I have a good, honest shop with good honest staff to service my vehicles when needed.
