They did an amazing job! Literally went above and beyond and helped me with something they don't usually help with. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. It seems like they enjoy their jobs and really care about their customers. That's what I felt. Thank you to Justin and the rest of the team for your help!!

Came here for the first time upon a recommendation and I was in and out quick! I came about 1:30 on a Thursday afternoon and there weren't people waiting so I got in and out. They also put on new wiper blades for me. I'm glad they asked, otherwise I would have forgotten and mine were trashed. They didn't try and upsell me any fancy oils and recommended the basic oil my car needed. Satisfied with the service and will go back!
I went here (although a little out of the way) because of the reviews. Let me tell you, it was great. Service techs were so polite, friendly and professional! And the perks! Omg, they offered a big selection of beverages while vehicle was being serviced. They showed me the color of my fluids and new ones to compare. They cleaned my windshields, added air to my tires, oiled hinges on doors and never made me feel pressured to buy any extra service. Will definitely be going back!!!
Been going to this oil change for years. They are professional courteous and really just want to help! I love how I don't have to get out of the car and they offer you a beverage while you wait. The people who work here are knowledgeable and are happy to be there. Highly recommend.
Just had my oil changed by another shop out of town so I thought all was well. 2 weeks later my "need oil change" message came on. I live in Santa Fe and had seen this place a couple times. Decided to pull in to ask about my need "oil change light" that had come on. Super kind neatly groomed Johnny comes over all smiles. Immediately took a look for a leak (no leak) and told me he would top off my oil and reset my oil change message. And they did not charge me for anything!!! TERRIBLE company to have your oil change service Work done. They want too upsell you on every serve and waist your time. The so called service personnel lack experience In my opinion. I drove home and my vehicle sounded odd so I looked under the hood to see that they did not reinstall the the air filter properly after the upsell. I went to the Fairway location Tuesday morning November 15. When I checked in I was told the price for my oil and oil filter. After waiting at the drive-through for close to an hour I was told they don't have the oil for my car. I asked why wasn't I told when I first checked in and the person responded sorry. I understand they are busy and don't have the oil but it was a waste of my time to sit there for nothing. Very bad customer service!! Such a stressful and expensive experience. I thought I'd do the convenient drive through oil change on my lunch break- winded up being me sitting in my car having to open the door about 12 times (not exaggerating) for them to try to upsell me on every little thing- type of oil, windshield wipers, oil filter, rear differential fluid, etc. etc. The staff is very polite and nice about it- I think they are most likely told to ask all these questions but it was very unnecessary and made for a stressful experience.
