Took my hubby's car in for an oil change today (Friday) around 11am and Zach was prompt to guide me into the queue. There are three lanes and he directed me to the middle lane. Once I parked, he had me pop the hood and asked me if I wanted anything to drink (soda, water, coffee, etc), then asked me questions about what kind of oil I wanted, if I wanted the complimentary car wash today, and if I wanted the tire pressure to be reset to the recommended levels for my car. I drove through and signed up for a membership during their promotion of .01 cent for the first month. I inquired about a fleet account since we own a small dealership in town and have dusty cars often. The gal took my phone number to have someone call me to set something like that up, but after a month of waiting (and not using the car wash at all, unsure of whether or not I had an actual account set up or not), I never heard from anyone. I normally go to Asian oil places but this place is luxury compared to them. I love their thorough inspection even though it would cost me more. It's like a dr check up for ur car. I guess my car gets a check up more than me

Poor communication and time. I called asking how long for a basic oil change and the employee said 20min if a bay was open. I explained I had a limited time only had about 30min max and said I would be there soon. I arrived and was waved into an empty bay. I was greeted and then the employee left.
