These guys are great, like a jiffy lube but happy? Why not, they are clear on what they are up to. I'll be back for sure
I love this place. They are so efficient. They put on a good show of team work!!! My truck has 180000 miles and oil stop has been servicing it since 2009. I've had the truck since 2004 when I bought brand new and it still runs like a champ. It's pulls 9000 pounds like nothing. I attribute all the services I've done here to good maintenance the keeps my truck on the road.
To say it's convenient would be a huge understatement. Staff is beyond friendly and non pushy. I would def recommend to anybody that likes prompt, professional and polite service.
Traveling thru Eureka to SoCal and my change oil warning came on. I had an oil change only a 1000mi ago. Elias checked the oil level and it was clean and topped off. He had me pull around and Jesus got in my car and reset the fault. No charge! Great customer service even though we were passing through. The place was super clean and they have 3 lanes to move vehicles along. Give these guys a try.

This place is Great! From the moment you pull in, they are courtesy, professional, and friendly. They offer a complementary beverage while you wait. The atmosphere is light, and even in 100+ degrees, everyone is working with a smile on their faces. They are informative but not pushy with the up sales. Received an oil and transmission change in about an hour, and at half the price of other places. WOW!
I was promptly greeted with an estimated wait time and offer of a beverage. We discussed prices and picked the best suited service for me. During the entire visit I was informed of all activity and respectfully approached about any beneficial services or recommendations. My coupon was used with an additional coupon for my air filters. It should not take this long to get a service they did not even warn me it was gonna be more than like a two hour wait when I have a list of stuff to be done nonetheless having to sit in my car off in the heat. Not happy Have A a lot of stuff to get done today is not expecting more than two hours here.

Been reading all the reviews and I agree with the not so good ones. Took my car in for the free wash when they had the grand opening (I seldom use a credit card to sign up for anything, especially for car washes membership). Well, car came out somewhat clean. Had to bring my door mirror back into position as it almost got torn off going through the wash. Took my car here for an oil change and they tried to upcharge me more than double. All I got was the oil change. I've taken my car to other oil stop locations in the past and never had any issues. I asked for an explanation why this visit was particularly more expensive and the technician said it was because I drive an SUV, it takes more oil.
