Came in today and shall I say the guys there have an awesome routine. You pull up tell them what you need, and they get it done. They also ask you and suggest what you may need besides your oil change. Once you stop by you have a record that they can look up next time you drive though. They offer you something to drink and let you know how long it will be. They all communicate and work like a well oiled machine. They make you feel comfortable and don't force anything on you. I've been taking my vehicles to oil stop drive thru for years now and these guys always impress. Their price is fair and service on point. They are taught to encourage addy services and not to push. My go-to for oil changes! High energy culture with employees who are eager to get the job done. They do throw lots of sales pitch but nothing unnecessary. They also offer free drink, car wash down the street.
I'm always on the go sometimes I don't prioritize getting my car taken care off, I had some time on my hands today my oil change was long over due so I look some places up on yelp & stumbled onto this place. I come here all the time. The staff is well trained, courteous, friendly, and helpful. I like that they set expectations with regards to wait times. Jeremiah, Ethan and Jose gave me amazing service yesterday; what more could you ask for? Yes they offer you stuff - it's part of their job and requirements. I've visited them 7x with no issues and always make me feel like a valued customer.
Hi, I wanted to reach out as I had a very disappointing Oil stop experience on 8/20/22 at the Petaluma location. I went in for a normal oil change and unfortunately left there with more issues than I arrived with. Immediately after leaving, I got a check engine light and my car starting running very poorly.
