Worst car wash in Vancouver. They do not touch your car with a brush anymore and you have to request bug spray even if your car is clearly needing it. The machines are not calibrated to properly clean your vehicle so you pay $19 for a car that looks worse than when you drove in. I buzzed through on my way home and didn't check it out fully. I had been taking my vehicles OilStop in Roseville customer for years, but I won't be returning after a poor experience during an oil change for my Nissan Armada at their new shop on Cirby. There were several issues. (1) I was advised that I should replace my transmission fluid after being shown a sample. No previous issues with my truck . After they performed an oil change on my truck it overheated and died. There was no coolant in the vehicle. The person who came out when I told them I was stranded because there was no coolant in my vehicle was so rude. He added coolant but it was too late. He told me to get a tow truck and drove off. I had to scrap my vehicle and buy a new car. Do not go here, you will regret it . They were so rude and I lost my means of transportation.

I paid for a coolant flush service that was not done fully through! The store associate noted it would be a full system flush. I checked the fluid instantly after leaving because the service took only 5 minutes which doesn't seem right at all! All the coolant in the reservoir was still old and looked completely untouched. ive driven my car maybe 200 miles thinking maybe ok maybe all the new coolant cycled through and will come back up later on . went to check the coolant and nope! I've come here before and been impressed by their positive, fun workplace attitude. However, the last time I was here, I went for an oil change and was disappointed. I was recommended to change my transmission fluid at only 17,000 miles. The tech showed me fresh transmission fluid in a little tray compared to the transmission fluid in my car and said they recommend changing my transmission fluid. 4 months after my initial review I had my car services at my local shop for a brake job, part of the maintenance was checking the oil. They showed me how dark the oil was, basically they confirmed the oil was not changed 4 months ago, that 2.4k miles later the oil couldn't have trim that dark. My local shop has been my go to for years. Silly me I fell for a cheap oil change coupon! This place is a total scam, shame on you.

After I got an oil change, my car stopped working the next day. Oil leaking near the head gasket and then my engine started making a tractor type noise. It never did that until I went to get my oil change here. Oil leaking everywhere on my engine too.

I have come to this car wash a plethora of times. The amount that you spend to get your car rinsed off and quickly towel dried is exorbitant , however, I upgraded to the $37.99 to get the extra attention for my car this time. I have swirl marks on my vehicle that were not there before. And plenty of dirt still standing. I even tipped 6$ with all those guys out there drying the cars ... there should have been efforts made to do the job correctly Not pleased what so ever with the wash/Scratches/ and the level of cleaning.... read more
