It was somewhere i would stay again if I was given incentive as far as a frequency benefit program The towels and wash rags were very abrasive for a 4 Hotel . It was very disappointing. Also the tv channel selection was also very disappointing I didnt know about the breakfast. I leave by 630am and never saw any breakfast or signs

Für uns ein kompletter Reinfall. Das Hotel entsprach nicht der Beschreibung. Die Zimmerreinigung ist/war alle 3 Tage. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war nicht in Ordnung. Wir haben das Hotel gebucht aufgrund der Nähe unserer Verwandschaft.

I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations, and we were not able to come to an agreement with your demands for a refund for over half your stay, after moving your room several times, we attempted do all we could to make it better even offered a refund, but it was not as much as you wanted.
More casino games and continental breakfast would make this place better. The staff was very professional however the gaming part of the casino only had slots.no card games,dice table or poker table or roulette table. No continental breakfast at all.With a few adjustments this place would be worth the money I spent fir the accommodations...without them I feel like I was robbed.

meh 1 ply toilet paper pillows are subpar tv remote didn't work unless you were standing directly in front of the tv.

I will never stay here again I was forced to walk across a big empty lot to enter the hotel. Most of the employees made me feel as if I didn’t belong there. And they didn’t have bath tubs or jacuzzi’s The guest was friendly

Fair The one thing was the air was set and we couldn't turn it below 68!! Excellent on everything but 1.
