Bad customer service Customer service sucks the refuse to let me reschedule or give me money back after they said I could reschedule then policy says they only take one night stay out If you don't show up and they took my whole stay out a d refuse to give me money back Don't know couldn't go cause I had covid
Uncomfortable after room service. The room service entered my room to supposedly clean but I had only been there for 1 night! It was convenient

Currently we ate doing stay over service for anyone who has a reservation for 2 nights or more. So you would receive stay over service in the second day you are here after you first night stay of your reservation is 2 or more days.
Nice facility and people but no follow-though on fixing problems. The coffee pot in the room was broken when we checked in. I called the front desk twice and told them in person once. They were always nice and said it would be replaced right away but it never was. Had to pay $4.00/small cup at the down stairs coffee bar every morning. Maybe the coffee pot would have gotten fixed if we stayed a 5th night. The room temperature would not follow the thermostat settings. It's like the thermostat wasn't connect to anything. Bad
Biggest gig in town, demonstrates they no longer need to meet customers expectations. Staff at times seemed very frustrated and communication from section to section challenging. I had a request that I called the front desk for twice and after an hour wait had to go to the front desk for assistance. Only to be met with, “they didn’t bring it” clearly if I’m at the desk asking seems obvious it was never brought. I wouldn’t stay again. The ac didn’t work so it was very hot in the room and the toilet made high pitch sounds all night long. It was a large room
