Verified Renter Alex and the rest of the staff were awesome!! The move in process was very smooth and fast. It’s very large complex but the community is nice and quiet. I’m looking forward to enjoying my new residence.

Verified Renter Excellent community! Excellent apartments! Great experience! This is the third year in Oak park So far so good ?? Maintenance is great too! Complaints get fixed with a day or two. Loving it here.

Verified Renter Amazing helpful and fast are the quickest terms I’d use, the moment I got approved found out there was a leak in my original unit but Alex made sure to get me in something same day and helped me out so much

Verified Renter r service is good at times, but unfortunately you do not have a full interest in resident complaints I filed a complaint against someone who always steals my shoes and steals any order I request, but unfortunately you did not pay attention to the complaint at all, although it is very important.

Verified Renter El apartamento no estaba apto para vivir tiene la regadera del baño en mal estado solo vota agua caliente la secadora no tiene cable de conexión de energía las persianas mala el fregadero estaba tapado el aire acondicionado no servía muchos inconvenientes

Verified Renter Overall a smooth and easy process moving in. Everyone in the office is super respectful and attentive to their work. The apartment it self it great small damages here and there but to be expected from something built in the 60-70’s. Had a small issue with water heater needing to be flushed but was taken care of almost instantly. Same day just a little bit later.
