Verified Renter Its getting better. The maintainers was terrible during initial days but they are ptetty helpful and active. Its bummer they are raising rent and i have to move out

The manager team is good responde really fast maybe they need to put more attention when you ask for something in Maintnace but now I have a good connection with Elita because help me in everything and Luis Adorno from maintenance the work really good and respond so fast.

Verified Renter I have been living at oak park since for years! I moved here because it was close to my kids school and the amenities are great! I get to work out and not have to drive anywhere! The leasing agents are very friendly and helpful to your needs! The grounds are kept clean! The maintenance has always answered my calls if I need them no matter what time of night! Verified Renter So far my move in has been good and the front office has been very nice, only thing was i had a leak in my bathroom but made a ticket and maintenance came the next day and fixed it.

Verified Renter It is getting better now. Almost everything in my unit is broken from washer to AC they keep fixing it and it keeps on breaking. They fixed AC a week ago and it has stopped working again
