My relative has lived in this assisted living facility for 8 years, He is legally blind so he needs special attention. He is so happy at Pacifica. The staff is very professional, but even more important, they care about their residents. I have no problem recommending this facility to any family that has a relative that needs assistance, love and care for a full life.

I am very pleased with the care my relative has received the past eight years at Pacifica. He often states to others how happy he is and loves all the activities which they provide for their residents.

Initially my parents moved into a lovely apartment at Pacifica. After a few years they transitioned to assisted living. My mother immediately entered into Hospice care and passed away a few months later in a sunny room she had come to call home. We were greatly supported during this time by the very caring staff that held space for end-of-life care. I cannot recount the many loving kindnesses that came her way. This community was nice but I had to wait for a while for the tour when I had an appointment. The person who did the tour was nice and helpful. She answered all of my questions. They did have more amenities here and they had a bus here also. But at the end of the tour I was shocked after she told me how much the deposit and monthly rent would be. And it was way out of our budget.

i have no complaints of how things are going for my loved one since she has recently made the move into this community. The staff have all been lovely to work with and I am comfortable with the care they have been providing her. I am there pretty much every day I think the caregivers and all of the aids do an exceptional job. I do think that they could use some overall improvements in organization in the facility.

Darling spot. Beautiful gardens and feels like a neighborhood with cute little cottages. The "renovation" of the main building looks like someone from their HQ didn't consider this old-fashioned charming place when they were installing all the over-sized light fixtures and gaudy updates, but that's not as important as the individual housing options. Definitely considering this as a nice place for my Dad.
