The med tech and nurse techs are great! They keep me up-to-date and abreast of all of anything that impacts my Mother. They take special care with my Mom which I really appreciate. They treat her very well. I would like to see more organized activities to engage the residents, especially those who are in Assisted Living. We were told in the beginning that they have activities throughout the day, but I am not sure if that is still the case. The quality of food is fair, but the quantity leaves my Mom hungry.

If one has a question or concern they will readily address it. My 94 your old uncle enjoys living there. When I have asked him the playful question, "If you could go anywhere in the word, where would you go?", his response is, " Here". I'm guessing there is an extremely limited budget for activities or there may just be limited interest in activities. I believe there are several "Oaks" in the metro area. My sister complains about the meals sometimes, and I've had to ask a few times for them to clean her bathroom. I was glad to get rid of Guardian Pharmacy. I canceled them last year. They were horrible & very expensive. You should seriously consider offering to new residents Pill Pack by Amazon vs Gaudian. I have been very happy with them. Overall it is a good community, and I would recommend it. My sister also complained about not enough activities but she forgets a lot too so...

The staff is very warm, caring, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They treat my Mom very well. The staff communicates well with the family In addition, my mom’s health has vastly improved since her arrival. She’s happily adjusting. My family is happy too.

The staff are approachable and kind to my mom despite her often being defiant and non compliant, they tolerated the many demands from me and my siblings. The director is available and respond even during her off hours. The staff is friendly and work to meet the needs of all the different personalities of the residents.

My husband Larry in memory care is well taken care of overall. I picked the right place for him, they treat you like family and I can rest assured that he is taken care of in every way. The Oakes are very good and I couldn't have found a better place for him. He is well taken care of in every way. It's also a great value compared to others I found that were way out of my budget.

I had to recently move my dad to a new memory care facility, and we are having a great experience with the Oaks of Conyers. [name removed] and [name removed] were great in providing a nice tour and accommodating our quick move in date. My dad has been there for a couple of weeks and is doing great and adjusting to his new environment very well. They have a great team of employees are my health care She-ros!
