Some of th staff not as helpful/friendly but my elderly Mom doesn't make it easy. Picked for location. I would recommend to others.

My sister has been a resident of The Oaks at Conyers for almost two years. Due to Covic,we've seen changes in the facility both good and bad. The staffing has decreased which has limited some aspects of some amenities offered. Friends who have relatives in other facilities when we compare notes tell me how blessed we are. The staff appears to be very nice to my love one. They assist me when I need help with him and that I really appreciate. The meals I have seen lately looks very appetizing and his relatives comment on the plate. Thank you for your service.

I am very pleased with my experience at The Oaks at Conyers. [name removed] is really sweet and very knowledgeable about the facility and the residents. The staff are also very friendly. My mom and I also meant [name removed], the nurse whom is also very knowledgeable about what she does. Thank you both for your patience and kindness. My mom will be moving in next week.

The staff at this facility are welcoming and have great customer service. The Director and CRD also exemplify great customer service. The facility is very clean as well. This would be a place I recommend for my elderly parent.

We toured Oaks at Conyers during our search for Assisted Living/Memory Care for our loved one. The facility was beautiful and clean. All of the staff and residents were friendly. It just wasn't the right fit for our loved one.

Overall, things have been pretty good here. We're still working some things out. Their prescription service is much more pricey than the regular pharmacy and that has been frustrating. I understand it's a process and a part of Assisted Living, but I don't understand the much higher cost. I also wish they would have print outs/schedules for the Menu and the Activities, that would be helpful. Especially for outings when my loved one will need money, if I could know in advance then I would be able to make sure she has money to ... read more
