Great community for senior living. Helpful and friendly staff. Very clean environment. No TV provided in rooms but you could bring your own.
we really enjoyed touring this home. The staff was warm and friendly, hats off to the Director who although we were early, rolled up her sleeves and gave an excellent tour. Clean, fresh paint, well maintained and we especially liked the opportunity to observe how the care givers interacted with patients in Memory Care. Great food , diverse , an overal great tour!
Lovely facility, much like the Heritage of Brookstone. Very nice and attentive staff.
Do not take your love ones too this facility. It stinks, they don't keep an eye on the residence, if they get hurt they are going to lie about what happened and they are not professional
The facility is dated and falling apart. Most of the staff are ok but some don't seem to care about the quality of care given to the residents. Some staff care about their job and genuinely care for the residents. Other staff members should not be in charge of feral cats, let alone seniors. The facility is very poorly run. Do not recommend to anyone.

When we first took my mom here they were great, attentive and attended to her needs. But as time went on and with staff turn over the service was terrible. My family has actual moved my mother, she is no longer here and we will not be recommending to anyone.

My mom fell and broke her hip at the location and no one can tell me how she fell plus they gave me 4 different lies on how she fell so because of this I am getting a lawyer to handle this situation. They are not actively watching the residence, they are short and rude to family members and if something happens to your love ones, they will not follow protocol and they will lie about it. Also put on there the back part of the facility smells like PEE, the residence may pee on themselves or in chairs and they don't clean it up... read more

The 3 on Cleanliness comes primarily from the odor, consistently smelling like urine or "number 2." The 3 on Activities I gave because I don't see or know of activites that takes place. I saw exercise take place one Sunday that I visited but nothing else. Maybe it's just the nature of the memory-care side versus assisted living.

I liked the place because it was close to where I live. However, the place needs upgrading, medical grade beds, better food, create a system to wash clothes so they dont get lost or given to another patient. Actual activities and not just ones posted on a calendar. Work on staffing, they were consistently changing staff. Making it difficult to build a relationship to make sure my loved one received good care. Good thing he was always clean and in clothes.
