We love The Oaks at Stockbridge. They have been taking very good care of my sister. The place is very clean. Her room stays pretty clean as well. The food is very good and they have great side options if you don't like what's on The menu. My sister is a handful and they do very well managing her and all her meds. Any complaint is very easily addressed. We are very comfortable talking to them about any concerns we have about anything. Staff here are amazing! This community is run on human connection not just policy manuals. It's an active community always something for the residents to do. I would definitely recommend this community for a loved one.

She is so content. The level of care is expert and compassionate. The food is delicious. The apartment is roomy and clean. She really enjoys the activities and the Sunday service.

Everyone at this facility has went over the top to take care of my mother -n-law she has frontal temporal dementia and can be a real handful and the way they talk and take care of her like it is their own mother just warms my heart ??. It’s clean. The rooms are private and large and well appointed. Help is immediately available to the residents. The employees are so cheerful to residents and the families. It’s a great community

I placed my father here about a month ago, and I visit him two to three times a week. The staff are always kind, attentive, and welcoming. Everyone is so sweet, and the atmosphere truly feels like one big blended family. My father especially loves the activities and outings. They offer church services, many indoor activities, outdoor seating, and daily walks. The Oaks has been a good experience for [name removed]... just fine in all categories
Most concerns are not really about the care she is receiving ( nurses do a pretty good job and [name removed]is hard to deal with)... I understand why the caregivers move around weekly onto different wings, etc., however, I would like 2 or 3 nurses to stick and deal with just 1 or 2 patients for their entire stay.

I have had 3 friends ask me about the oaks 2 of them have put there love ones there. I picked this community because they always had there life safety issues done and I told myself when I have to put my mom somewhere it would be there
