We like Dogwood Forest of Stockbridge/Eagles Landing. Daddy is happy there. He has some friends there which helps. He actually has more visitors than when he lived at home. We are having trouble with helping with his ADL. One day he is on one shift and the next day is on another. There are just a few little things to straighten out. Visited this facility at 2 pm on 9/22/15. Great place. They are willing to work with us on a semi-privite room rate.
My mother has been here for 3 1/2 years and our family loves it! Everyone is SO FRIENDLY and HELPFUL!!! My mother is treated like a queen! I am so thankful we found Dogwood Forest at Eagles Landing! Couldn't ask for a better staff of people!

Overall they've done a great job here! The facility itself is always well kept and clean, and they care provided is excellent. The staff are all very friendly, professional, and caring and take great are of the residents. One thing I would like to see them do better is to have more activities specifically for the memory care patients, it seems like they do more sitting around than the lower care residents.
We're very happy with this community! It's very nice looking, and the staff have been so friendly. They're very caring and compassionate, and they respect the residents privacy. After touring so many communities where the caregivers would just walk into people's rooms without knocking it was good to see somewhere where they are treated with respect.

The staff has been very helpful. They bend over backwards for us. My mother an father moved in and unfortunately after a month my father passed away. They have been great about giving my mother extra care and watching out for her during the grieving process. I can't say anything but splendid things abou them. They have games, bingo, outings, go out to lunch, bible study, someone who comes in to read to them and sometimes they have groups come in and entertain. The list goes on. Very nice, followed up many times. Tried everthing they could to help. The only thing we could afford was a shared room and that wouldn't work with mother
Kathy met with me and gave the tour. What a lovely place. I could see Mom living comfortable there but we have a long way to go in getting her place cleaned out in PA and getting her here. The price is high and we would have to use all of VA benefits and whatever other benefits are available in order to cover the cost...but it's a beautiful, comfortable, professionally run place for Mom.
