When I first visited The Oaks, I was instantly greeted by very friendly staff, and a very welcoming and clean environment. The facility us very clean is really feels like a home. My dad has been living in thriving at the Oaks. He enjoys the food. the staff all know him by name, and he has made several friends. He has a lovely studio apartment and also enjoys the common areas at the Oaks. I feel that he is in good hands at the Oaks.

Toured the Oaks @ Tucker today. Met several members of the staff. All were very pleasant. The tour was nice and thorough. The facility is in excellent condition, inspection score of 100 for 3 years in a row is impressive. We're grateful to find such a nice facility so close to home.

My 90 yr old mother-in-law moved into the Oaks at Tucker in Spring [removed date]--she didn't want to leave her home and wasn't doing so well, either. Today? She is thriving at The Oaks, has friends, enjoys activities, and just loves living there! It is a wonderful, friendly, family-ish kind of place! I just stopped by to take a look for a place for my husband’s aunt and was such a nice surprise!! I was welcomed by Courtenay who took time when I didn’t have an appointment to show me around and talk with me. The Oaks is welcoming and has what seems to be a caring and helpful staff.
The Oaks was not the place for mom, she has dementia and was not watched like I would have wanted. She was not in the dementia unit. I went to visit and had to go look for her and no one knew where she was. It's a place for retired people or for someone who doesn't want to live alone or someone who sold their home.
The staff from top to bottom treat my family like their own. The management especially takes it on themselves to go above and beyond to take good care of your loved one. I'm at peace because my Mom is at peace.
I was impressed with the facilities at The Oaks. The studio apartments are very nice, and the residents I met were particularly content. Two friends separately recommended that I visit The Oaks when looking for a place for a family member. When we are ready to make the move, it is at the top of the list.
I really enjoyed my visit at Oaks. It has all the qualities our family look for in an assistant living facility to care for our mom: cozy vibe, friendly atmosphere/staffs and necessary amenities. [name removed] was a pleasure to work with. She's honest, friendly and professional. If our timing and their vacancy status aling, we would highly consider to take that next step with Oaks in the near future.
