Very helpful in getting moved in but apartment was not quite ready. Some issues with toilet, kitchenette & getting TV set up. Resident is very comfortable and has settled in easily and is happy. She likes the food and feels free to move around in the space. It is easy to enter and visit or pick her up for outings and appointments.

Our Mom is happy at Oaks at Tucker! [Name removed], the facility nurse, is great. [Name removed], the sales manager, is also great. Answer's questions and gives a great tour. The chef is from Botswana (we think). Staff are friendly, attentive and compassionate. Communication with the family is fine- they are only a phone call away. I highly recommend this location for as long as [name removed] and [name removed]are there. They are compassionate, professional, respectful, and go beyond what one would expect . I cannot thank them enough for the making my Dad's time there a comfortable experience.

My husband has been there since late [date removed]In two months, the sales rep, nurse, activity director, manager, and others are no longer there. The turnover is shocking. The activities have been very thin like Bingo, and the residents are bored and aimless. The food is okay but very limited on fresh greens etc That said, most of the employees are warm and welcoming and efficient. I have visited The Oaks twice to find a care situation for my husband. The sales manager could not have been lovlier. Her follow up was on point and she arranged a very good lunch for us. Kudos!

The staff have made it comfortable for our loved one to adjust. They have gone over and beyond our expectations. The staff is pleasant and easy to work with.

Mom moved in and it was smooth sailing. Everyone at Oaks was helpful and respectful and went the extra mile receiving boxes and furniture we had sent ahead. Ultimately, mom passed away after less than a month. We reached out to the corporate office and they were thoughtful enough to return our nonrefundable deposit. Bless the Oaks!
