I had a wonderful experience with everybody! Very clean, kitchen manager got a 100 on the counties audit! This is the 3rd score of ??%. Faith based owners! Cozy feeling all around. [name removed] is the star! So caring, calm, great listener, patient.

I am so happy that my Mother is at Oaks at Tucker. The facility, the menu, and the quality of care is truly amazing at a affordable price. My mom has been declining cognitively since [fee removed]. When we realized she needed more support than independent senior living could offer, we looked for a small, homey place with caring staff and updated rooms. There is also a memory care wing, should she ever need more hands-on care. Oaks has been a good environment for her. I was looking to move my mom from her current independent living to an assisted living community. [name removed], who provided a tour of the facility was very kind. She answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. The Oaks appears to be very clean and organized, and the staff very friendly. However, my mom would prefer a facility that offers larger rooms than those available at the Oaks, so that will be a consideration when making our final decision.

Staff are kind. There aren't enough staff to meet the needs of residents. Medicine, bedtime tuck in, morning wake up support, shower help all below expectations. Staff are covering too much area. Evenings very difficult to get help--no one really in charge. No nurse at the facility. (There was but not past two months.) But they are very kind and patient with mom.

My mom loves living here. She is very well cared for. The staff is so nice and they seem to really care about my mom. But what really snows how they are is how mom talks about them. She never has a complaint about anyone she loves everyone. The price here is extremely reasonable and we couldn't be happier.

The facility lovely. It is always clean and looks very pretty. The facility is always festive. The staff is attentive to details and very welcoming. There is a new leader that is very receptive to ideas and listen to family members. Located 3.5 miles from my home. I love The Oaks of Tucker!
