I've been using O'Connor for over 10 years. They have saved me considerably by protesting and getting my property taxes lowered. My involvement has been minimal as they carried the entire load. Their notifications and online portal are informative and straight forward. I had a friend attempt to protest his taxes himself and the requirements to navigate the system were onerous and time consuming.
