I have been a customer for 30+ years and I just received the worst customer service ever I paid you what you told me to and ends up I should not have paid at all. I have been receiving emails whether I want a check.or credit for next year. Ok I called and it took 45.minutes to verify some information. I kept asking what information. I was disappointed in the final evaluation given the property has NOT been ‘lake front’ for over 2 years I was further disappointed to see the current value of the property (according to Zillo) at $1.5 M & that current real estate prices are declining by the month The property value, according to appraisal district has more than doubled in 3 years yet real property values are declining…… doesn’t seem to me like you guys are helping me fight these over priced values Tom Mach
