I never got the chance to submit pictures and paperwork for tax reduction purposes. I saw that both properties increased in value. I never received notice until I got my invoice and called in by then it was too late.

After the hearings they were able to reduce the assessment on one of my properties. Unfortunately not able to do it on the second one. That was this year. I’ve used their services for about 10 years and they have been successful every year except this one. But values have gone up everywhere.

The service was getting me good tax breaks,but I know due to property value has increased.In this community there are so many old raggedy trailers being put in which should be causing our property values to decrease.They are building $ 200000+ homes in area close to the community,that should reduce taxes,there will be more money coming in from those.I don't understand their math.
