Even when the property value cannot be reduced, it is nice to know that O'Connor will get it down if at all possible. I feel they are more knowledgeable about the process and better able to argue on my behalf.
I always was hopping for a bigger reduction on the property taxes, but it looks it is not possible. So any reduction is a victory.
