Customer Service is not important to this dealership. We purchased a used Honda Accord on Feb 4, 2020. Our temporary tags show expiration on 3/3/20. We started calling the dealership last week, following up on not receiving the title, only to find out they won't have it until a week after our temporary tags expire. Recently we had a horrible incident occur involving the service department at O’Daniel Honda. They do not care about their customers and were unprofessional. They do not know what they are doing. They damaged my van while I took it in for a routine oil change and diagnostics on my sliding van door. They have done nothing but passed us along from person to person and have not tried to make anything right. We bought a SUV from them 13 months ago. We bought the top warranty package through them. What a waste of $4,100! They said bumper to bumper coverage minus paint, minus maintenance, minus tires. The SUV went downhill right after purchase and has been in 3 mechanic shops in 13 months! It has never ran right for us except during our quick test drive! Service department lacks in customer service. communication awful.
RecommendedBrought my car in to get a part replaced. Gave me a rough estimate of 2 hours and it was 2 hours exactly. The heat and humidity was horrible that day so thumbs up to everybody working, getting the cars taken care of and getting people on their way! 👍
Wasted our time ran our credit scores down to the ground took on clients as they were supposed to help us very unprofessional
