My husband and I just purchased our CR-V last night but I was highly satisfied with their customer service. We never felt pressured and they really helped accommodate our needs when negotiating a comfortable interest rate and overall price for vehicle. We didn't finish up our paper work until after closing hours and didn't feel like they were trying to rush us out of there which we appreciated.
